**How do I initiate a return?** Contact our concierge within seven days of receiving your saree. Ensure the product remains unstitched, with all original tags and authentic zari protection seals intact. We will arrange a complimentary home pickup. **What is direct-to-weaver transparency?** Every saree comes with a certificate of authenticity detailing the master weaver's cooperative, the region of origin, and the exact gold purity of the zari threads.

**How should I store my silk sarees?** Never hang heritage silks on metal hangers, which can distort the weave. Fold them gently with acid-free tissue paper and place them in our custom muslin bags, away from direct sunlight and humidity. **Are custom blouses returnable?** Once a saree has been cut or custom stitching has been initiated, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We recommend inspecting the weave thoroughly before tailoring.
